Nags Head rough seas

Jeb

Recommended Posts

Well at this time last week, Thursday Oct 6 at 6pm I was just getting back from my jebwalk to Jennette's Pier. It was a 2.5 mile round trip jebwalk, and I got doused by rain squalls as I neared 106 Sandcastle Ct. It was humid at 81 degrees with 73 degree dewpoints with a 20mph south wind.

Now it's a week later, chilly, with 62 degrees and a N wind. The house is probably all dark and forlorn, and all my precious jebbie friends are gone. I miss Nags Head so much, even though it was so rainy when we were there from Oct 6 to Oct 10. We had so much fun. At least I'll get to play cards with my jebbie friends this Sunday.

Poor Nags Head is getting more bad weather.

Well today is Friday, and last week, today was our first full day at Nags Head. Me and my jebbie friends were having so much fun playing cards and Monopoly and enjoying the sea air even though it was all cloudy and drizzly with intermittent rain. We even enjoyed Internet access!

Poor Nags Head is still in the clouds and drizzle even a week later. The surf is real high and the rip currents are still murder.
