Jeb Posted November 13, 2004 Report Share Posted November 13, 2004 Heavy rain in some spots 6:08 a.m. ET ET Sat.,Nov.13,2004 Tom Moore, Sr. Meteorologist, The Weather Channel A sheared and very disorganized area of disturbed weather continues from off the northeast tip of Venezuela to just east of the Lesser Antilles with a decreasing threat for heavy rain over the islands. A persistent northeasterly flow and energy aloft have combined to produce locally heavy rain and some flooding over Puerto Rico.
