Jeb Posted November 24, 2004 Report Share Posted November 24, 2004 Tropical Storm Muifa set to brush southern Vietnam 9:07 p.m. ET ET Tue.,Nov.23,2004 Tom Moore, Senior Meteorologist, The Weather Channel Tropical Storm Muifa (65 mph), swirling southwestward, is expected to brush the southern tip of Vietnam soon, then churn into the Gulf of Thailand as a strong tropical storm. It may end up as a typhoon again in the Bay of Bengal by early next week. The eastern Pacific and Atlantic tropical basins remain quiet.
